Terms of Service

After you purchase from Essay Inn, it is Essay Inn's liability to satisfy its client's orders and is wholly responsible for the delivery unless under the following circumstances:

1. Client does not make available the correct contact details to allow delivery on time.
2. In case of activated junk filters that prevent the finished order from reaching client's mailbox.
3. False email ID provided by client.
4. No Internet Access on the client's end or General Neglect.

Plagiarism Policy:

Essay Inn runs each crafted and final essay written on a stringent Anti-Plagiarism Software to be able to send its clients an Anti-Plagiarism Proof Report along with the essay. By purchasing an essay with us the client agrees that he/she cannot accuse Essay Inn of plagiarism to request a refund based on the reports of their own plagiarism test without locating the exact sources of plagiarism.

Prohibited Use:

While Essay Inn gives 100% Ownership Rights upon delivery of the essay, it holds the sole right to prevent its clients from reusing the essay in any other form than its sole purpose. The client therefore holds no rights to distribute or resell the essay written to a third party without the written authorisation of Essay Inn.

By purchasing an essay with us, the client agrees that the written essay by Essay Inn depicts a sample essay that the client cannot submit for academic credit as their own. The client may use the work for further research or rewrite it to match their writing style, level or vocabulary.

Revision Policy

Essay Inn strictly follows the guidelines written by the client when placing an order for a custom-written essay. The writers are therefore not liable to complete the revision requests that are beyond the initial instructions laid. Therefore, Essay Inn gives clients the right to request a free revision only if the assigned writer failed to address some specific instructions, or if the modification requested is minor in nature.

Writers employed with Essay Inn are not liable to make changes to the essay as per the client's professor's criticism. Essay Inn does not promise any specific letter grades or academic approval on any of their essays delivered.

Clear- Cut Instructions Required:

To maximise the possibility of getting client's essay approved and accepted, Essay Inn has the right to receive clear-cut instructions and specifications that will allow the Expert Qualified Writer to complete the essay on time and in accordance with the specifications. In case the instructions provided are not clear, Essay Inn may not be able to fulfill the pledge of meeting client's specified deadline.
